1. Scope
This page describes a process based on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and equivalent notices in Canada or the EU (DSA). It covers pages, text, images and materials hosted on iptvca.store.
The site is a commercial and information front. It does not host the video streams themselves.
2. Site content vs streams
A notice may target text, an image, a logo or a description published on iptvca.store. Channels and films available through a plan fall under broadcasting rights and the relevant rights holders.
3. How to send a notice
Email [email protected] with subject “DMCA / copyright notice” and include:
- your name, role and contact details;
- the protected work (title, description);
- the exact URL on iptvca.store or a precise description of the item;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or their agent;
- a signature (typed name accepted).
4. Handling
After a complete notice, we review it within a reasonable time. If the item is on our site, we may remove or hide it. A reasoned counter-notice may be sent to the same email if you believe the removal is wrongful.
5. Abuse
False notices may create liability. Repeated groundless reports may be ignored.
6. European Union — DSA
A Digital Services Act notice can use the same channel ([email protected]), clearly identifying the content and the right invoked.
