Depending on use: name given in chat, WhatsApp or phone number, email, language, plan ordered, support messages, minimal technical logs (IP, date, pages) from the host.
We do not request ID documents on this site and do not store card numbers here.
3. Purposes
- Contract: access setup, support, refunds.
- Legitimate interest / legal duty: security, fraud prevention, accounting.
- Consent: non-essential cookies, if any (see cookies).
4. Canada — PIPEDA
Canadian customers are covered by PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25 where it applies: purpose limitation, consent, access and correction.
5. European Union — GDPR
If you live in the EEA or UK, GDPR (EU) 2016/679 may also apply. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, complaint to a supervisory authority.
Transfers outside the EU: order data may be processed in Canada. We keep data to what is needed and answer requests within a reasonable time, usually one month.
6. Recipients
Internal support, host, messaging tool used for orders. No sale of customer lists.
7. Retention
Order data: subscription term then limited legal retention. Technical logs: short host default.
