1. Publisher
iptvca.store is published under the IPTV CA brand by Arina Whitefoot, 9126 150A St, Surrey, BC V3R 8L2, Canada. Digital IPTV access service aimed primarily at Canada. Contact: [email protected] — phone +1 (604) 589-8739.
Hosting: cloud static deployment. No public retail storefront.
2. Nature of the service
iptvca.store provides technical access to an IPTV streaming service (credentials, M3U URL or Xtream codes, support). It is a digital service: no physical shipment is attached to an order.
Channels and VOD depend on sources and applicable rights. See Content and broadcasting rights.
3. Terms of sale
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or the contact page. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and credentials are delivered (indicative activation: 5 minutes).
Prices are shown in CAD, from 19 CAD. The price agreed at payment applies to the purchased term. No tacit renewal: the plan ends at the chosen term unless a new order is placed.
The 24h free trial, when granted, creates no purchase obligation.
4. Payment
Payment is handled off-site. No card data is stored on iptvca.store. A written confirmation (message) is proof of order.
5. Withdrawal, guarantee and refund
The digital service starts immediately after payment. By requesting activation, the customer acknowledges performance begins before any cooling-off period ends.
Refund within 30 days if the service is not usable after support intervention, or as stated on the offer pages. A 7-day technical guarantee covers a confirmed unresolved defect. Abuse (credential sharing, use contrary to these terms) excludes a refund.
6. Customer duties
Use one account within the device limit of the plan; do not resell access; do not publish credentials; comply with copyright and the laws of the country of connection.
7. Liability
Service is provided as-is. Target availability is 99.9%, without a warranty of zero interruption. IPTV CA is not liable for the subscriber's network, incompatible devices, or non-compliant use.
8. Governing law — Canada and the EU
Canadian law applies (and Quebec law for a consumer residing there), subject to mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
A consumer in the European Union keeps mandatory EU rights (pre-contract information, GDPR, Digital Services Act remedies where they apply). Complaints: [email protected]. EU ODR: the European Commission's official portal.
9. Site intellectual property
Texts, logo and design of iptvca.store are protected. Third-party marks remain their owners' property.
